Purchased Old ButterKrust Bakery on August 28, 2019.  ButterKrust Bakery is an iconic building and a fabric of the Corpus Christi community since 1938 the year it was built.  ButterKrust Bakery closed its doors in 1997 and multiple developers attempted to restore the iconic structure, but the projects never got off the ground.  Everyone we spoke with in the community remembers taking a field trip there when they were in Grade School.  We felt obligated to keep the name ButterKrust as it’s a name the community knows.  This strategy has paid huge dividends in operations.
