The standalone retail site is located on the busiest highway in Corpus Christi with over 150,000 vehicles per day passing in front of the building.   The buildings sit on a 2.53-acre lot with roughly 80,000 Gross Building Square Footage.  ​

The former retail furniture store was constructed in 1971 with Concrete/Beam Foundation, Steel Framing with masonry walls, concrete floor decking and roof.  The building also comes with 4 dock high loading docks which make its use ideal for storage customers. ​

Our intention with the acquisition of this location is to develop the buildings into climate controlled self-storage units which will compromise of 51,716 in net rentable sf or 443 units. The surface lot will also provide an opportunity for renting boat and RV for approximately 20 to 40 rentable spaces or future expansion of climate controlled.  The current goal is to develop the Mini-Warehouses in two phases.  ​
